“We loved our stay and would definintely recommend.”
The locations was fantastic, close to lakeside, restaurants and shops, but up a side street so were removed from any noise. Our room had large windows overlooking Pokhara and the mountains - beautiful. The manager was always available when we wanted advice, cars booked etc.

The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was good enough to start the day right, with decent variety and quality. The location was superb—close to everything and very convenient for getting around. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the money.

“Annapurna view from the 'Mountain view room' was fabulous!”
We stayed for two nights, in three top floor mountain view rooms. Family trip. Everyone enjoyed our stay at City Inn. Mountain view from the room was fabulous! Elevator service was good for elderly people. Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

“Quiet lication but close to everything”
Stayed twice, once in City / Lake view, once in Mountain view room. Views were great ( see pics from rooms) and the rooms have huge windows so bright and sunny. Cheery place to stay and reception staff friendly and fun.

Everything. Great room. Delicious breakfast. The staff were the best. Consummate professionals, funny, welcoming, hospitable, an eye for detail... (I could say intelligent and beautiful too but you get the drift). Ram, the manager, has inspired me to be better at my job (in a hotel) when I get home. I cannot say how great this stay was... thank you guys so much (I wish you ran a hotel in Delhi too)

Found this gem of a hotel and stayed for over a month. The Annapurna mountain view from the room is probably the best in Pokhara. But what makes this hotel special is the wonderful staff who is helpful and very professional, and the manager Ram who cares for every need and puts a smile on my face. Don't hesitate to book a room at this excellent hotel.

“Brilliant place to stay”
I had a mountain view deluxe room. The view through the all glass wall of annapurna is absolutely unbeatable. The hotel is also at one end of the main lakeside area, so it is really quick to be in the main part of town, but it is also nice and quiet in the evenings. My room was also very clean with an amazingly powerful hot shower. I was only booked in for 2 nights but stayed for 4, and booked to stay for another 5 nights after a night away at kushma. Just a great place to stay at a great price.
