I think the fact that I don’t speak french was against me. That’s my bad. The person trying to help couldn’t speak English so it was all very confusing and frustrating. Once I was inside my room I felt better but the overall feeling of the whole building and the room was that it was in need of a refurb. I found the plughole on the wall far out of the way from the desk annoying and the bathroom shower curtail made the floor full of water but it was nice and warm so I was happy. The enormous pillows were not great, could do with regular sized pillows that were more soft. Trying to get the tv to work was impossible, I think the battery was flat. I was unable to exit the parking as the fob did not work so had to go back inside and find someone to help. It all took a long time. I’m going to give my stay a five out of ten and will not be returning there again.

As a lone female traveller arriving late was not a great experience but the security guard was very helpful. Great value for money though.
