“It was a great comfortable high quality experience”
The fact that it was right next to everything from the train station to the city centre. It was cosy safe. Everything was accessed via security codes and most of all everything was clean. Working and well preserved.

“Nightmare”
I will be schematic: There is a TERRIBLE SMELL coming up from the kitchen sink. The two remote control of the television doesn't work. The bed linens are STAINED and WITH HOLES. The silverware consists of just ONE tea spoon. The freezer needs to be defrosted. There is NO WARDROBE (unlike what is written in the ad). The whole apartment is DIRTY (floor, linens, dishes ...). I see that someone tried to clean it, but only in part and only superficially. There are INSECTS everywhere. Especially, there are bugs in the bed. I don't know what is the correct English term for them but those are the ones that can sting you in your sleep. I had to spend the night trying to sleep on the table. The apartment is smaller than the one in the pictures. The condition in which the house was, were not the ones described in the advertisement. I run out after the first night. Situations like this should not be possible. Moreover, the service is lacking. The chat on Booking went completely unread, and after the first call of complaint (in which I was told that the insects were there because I left the window open, not true, and the stains on the linens were just soap stains, who cares??) and an email (in which I was told again about the window and that they bought new linens, well good for you but too late for me) I was completely abandoned to myself.
