After a 14-hour journey, the employees arrived at the apartment, which had a very poor mattress on the floor and a small sofa that an adult cannot sleep on. The pictures on the booking website are beautiful, but in reality, the apartment is in poor condition. The cleanliness and smell in the apartment are disastrous. We did not stay the night, but went to a hotel instead. We informed the owner about the situation via messages, but he did not respond at all.
