Breakfast not included - not an issue. Quiet, period building, beautifully and thoughtfully renovated. All needs well met. Owner easily contacted by a number of means. Superb location. Excellent provision for parking. Very reasonable price thanks to Booking.com loyalty discount. An apartment for the price of a room. Separate shower room and separate bathroom. Separate WC away from bedroom. Kitchen stocked with essentials. Very good recommendations for meals and tours, all easily in walking distance.

“Beautiful historic apartments in a fantastic location”
These 18th century apartments are so incredibly charming and the location is ideal. Beautiful views of the rooftops of Poitiers from my window. Very rustic and quaint. Managers were very responsive to messages, and quick to suggest places to go to eat.

The main room was generously large and had a good view. Good shower and comfortable bed. The kitchen was separate and well equipped. The nearby laundermat was easy to use and reasonably priced. The garage (at an extra 20 euros) was easily big enough to park my Audi A6 with a metre to spare. A short walk into the town centre for bars/restaurants and a handy supermarket.

Fantastic location as you can walk to everything. A seventeenth century apartment with all the mod cons. Very easy to communicate with hostess and she left very thorough notes about the cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
