Hotel Central is located in the centre of Poitiers, a 10-minute walk from Poitiers TGV high-speed train station. It offers en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi internet access. The guest rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and views of the inner courtyard or the Hotel de Ville. Some rooms also have a balcony. Perfect for a one night stay right on the square. I had a late check-in and it was easy to enter with the code. The double glazed windows blocked any noise from the square. I'd stay there again if I needed to.

Very clean room and bathroom with a bath! Ideal location right in the centre of Poitiers. We were a late check in and they were really accommodating. This is second time we have stayed at this hotel and will definately go back 😊

“Hotel was fine but not one I will be visiting again.”
Location on main square is good. There is a secure multi storey car park (Parking Hotel de Ville) only a short walk away. Decent cafes and restaurants nearby. We visited a Vietnamese one (Viet-cafe) opposite the parking and food was very good quality & value. Hotel room surprisingly quiet given that we looked out over the main square.

“It is nicer and more charming than expected”
The location is just perfect. The Interieur is decently renovated and has still a flair of a French hotel of the old days. The communication with staff and their kindness were a great asset. A public parking with good prices is nearby.

“Great! Best option for Poitiers”
Everything! It has the best location, right on the main square but on the side that does not have the restaurants and bars. Orlean at the réception, she was incredible.
