“Comfortable quiet apartment in historic city.”
Quiet comfortable apartment on ground floor in quiet street close to city centre, attractions, and nearby bus stop to and from railway station. Although property is managed by an agency, owners live in the same building, and were very helpful. Pleasant little private garden with small dining furniture.

“Brilliant! (OK, that's not a sentence but it's short and does the job!)”
We liked everything! Minutes from the centre of town but with its own secluded, well maintained garden space, this thoughtfully appointed, spotlessly clean apartment suited us perfectly. Communications about procedures for arrival, entry and departure were frequent and clear and, on the one occasion that 75-year-old brain cells failed to execute said procedures to maximum effect, the owner was patient and gracious - despite having his evening suddenly disturbed...

The apartment is very big and newly renovated. The position is great to visit Poitiers in city centre.

“A wonderful place to stay in Poitiers”
The apartment is extremely nice, comfortable, clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. There is even a little garden attached where you can have your breakfast or drink a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen equipment is very comprehensive and well thought out. Everything you will need is there, even for a longer stay: plates, bowls, cups and cutlery, a fridge and a dishwasher. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
