First of all, I had one of the best hosts possible. The appartment had a special vibe, it was clean, near the train station and I could walk to the city center. Coffee was provided. I received a booklet with clear information about the town and other booklet about attractions were in the hallway. The bed was reaaally comfy.

Great value for money in perfect quiet location close to rail and bus stations and airport - as well as city centre. Spotlessly clean and well equipped by experienced and professional owner. Excellent communications with owner and lift to and from airport in hot weather.

We were met at the apartment by our host who explained how everything worked and provided lots of information about Poitiers. The apartment was beautifully presented and very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen with everything that you could need to cook a meal. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. Although we were on a busy road, the double glazing kept most of the noise out.

A fantastic two level apartment, very clean and comfortable. Well equiped and not too far from city centre. Veronique is also a fantastic host.

Very good communication, a very helpful host, beautiful flat in a great location. I loved the duplex aspect of it, the airplane and related items, it gave the flat a very personal and unique feel, would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, convenient for both the railway station and all that Poitiers has to offer - which is a lot! Veronique, the owner, was very helpful and knowledgeable about Poitiers, including where to park for free, and gave us a fan to use during the very hot weather. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and having the use of the terrace to eat outside was a bonus. As well as having a dishwasher to deal with the plates afterwards!

My host was very helpful on arrival and gave lots of advice about where to go, restaurants, etc. The apartment was a close walk to the city centre, although lots of stairs! A great trip all around and would definitely come back.

Spacious, very clean, quiet apartment close to train station. Very well equipped for self catering. The kitchen is compact but adequate to cook meals. Very comfy bed and good shower. The outside space is pleasant with chairs and table and loungers. The location allows you to access the old town via the escalators or the staircase at the end of the street. Short taxi to the airport. Veronique goes out of her way to help make your stay the best it can be.
