“Hidden Gem”
What a fantastic place with an amazing view Jean-Luc is an amazing host very friendly and informative . Hopefully we will be back to stay again. It's in an ideal location to visit Annercy. Just outside of the busy town. The added bonus of a lovely swimming pool.

“The name says it all - the most beautiful view you will not tire of.”
The friendliness and helpfulness of the host were very good and as a local guide he was able to offer good suggestions for trips or places to see. The location certainly lives up to its name, the view from the property across the city to the mountains beyond never ceased to intrigue us. Although located out of the town the bus into and back from the town was both easy to catch and use. This saved on searching for parking while visiting the town centre and lakeshore. We found it ideal for a 3 night stay. The host's only aim is to make sure your stay is the best he can provide and he tries really hard to make sure you feel at home.

Very kind and helpful host, large mini apartment, plus the pool was amazing! Perfect location with an unbelievable view of the mountains and the town, delicious breakfast, and complimentary drinks in the fridge!

“Great rest with great views”
We felt at home at Jean-Luc Studio! We prefer to stay outside the city centers and the location was then perfect for us, with really nice views of the Alps. Annecy is also just 10min by car. You can feel that Jean-Luc really takes care of his apartment, he enjoys sharing with the visitors his place and mountains, and that he focus on quality - we slept very well, the mattress was perfect for us, and we had great products for breakfast! The location is very good for roadbike lovers with plenty of routes and passes around - better ask Jean-Luc for bike advices :) we rode around Annecy lake going through Col de la Forclaz Pass :)
