Elais is always a good option when visiting PNR. I prefer them over all the other hotels in town.

“Improve payment options. The check out a total disaster”
Staff were rude. It took us an hour for check out plus the evening before departure. Visa payment and Mastercard payments not available. Only cash, the ATM machine in the hotel didn’t work.a disaster and we lost time
