I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotless and very comfortable. Everything looked exactly like the photos—actually, even better in person. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was cozy, and the living space had a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to restaurants and all the main attractions, which made it very easy to get around. Check-in was smooth and completely stress-free. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness and level of equipment

“Beautiful apartment in a great location!”

The location was perfect as we were doing day tours throughout Tuscany. The apartment is huge, beautifully decorated and extremely well-equipped. We stayed for 5 nights and could not have wished for a better place to be. The laundry facilities were a life-saver as we were about mid-way through an almost 3 week trip. We loved the town itself as there are multiple amazing restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery and greengrocer, a bus station and the train station all within easy walking distance. The host was very responsive both before and during our stay. We couldn't figure out the heating and he had someone there to help us in very short order. The host also left us a bottle of wine to enjoy! There are a number of stairs up to the apartment but they are not steep and are done in stages. We would be more than happy to stay there again.

Excellent size and space for an apartment. Great instructions and correspondence with the owner. Very clean and well stocked. Poggibonsi isn’t the most charming town but has everything needed and is strategically placed in Tuscany - 15 mins to San Giminano, 45 to Florence and great wineries around everywhere.

The apartment looks amazing, it’s huge. you can feel the history between these walls. Marco is great, so helpful, recommended us places to visit around, we went wine tasting and it was gorgeous! the apartment is in the city center, super clean and next to great restaurants, quiet, and I think it was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed! we will definitely come back. ps: Marco has a great selection of wines, which we tried, they were all great! we definitely recommend ! I think it’s the perfect place to start your journey through Tuscany

It was the perfect home base for our visit to the region and added a special charm to our trip. We appreciate the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The wine and snacks were such a lovely gesture and really set the tone for a wonderful stay. Marco and Eleonora went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The last minute trip to the winery was truly delightful, and we're so grateful for the opportunity to experience it. We know it wouldn't have been possible without Marco’s assistance. Overall, our stay at the guest house was nothing short of amazing. They are providing exceptional service to your guests, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
