“Great place to stay”
I really appreciated the location of this place — the mountain views are impressive from the moment you arrive. It’s also a great base for exploring Devil’s Saddle, which you can actually see right from the houseboat. Another big plus is how close it is to Poetto Beach — just a few steps away from a morning coffee or a nice breakfast with a sea view. That said, it’s worth keeping in mind that being right by the beach means it’s a bit farther from the city center — about a 20-minute walk. You can easily get there by bus or Uber, though. It really depends on what you’re looking for: if you want to be in the middle of city life, this might not be ideal; if you prefer nature, quiet surroundings, and open views, it’s a great choice. The houseboat itself comes with typical limitations — the space is quite compact. But the rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the sea and mountains makes up for it. If you know what to expect from this kind of stay, you’ll likely be very satisfied. Overall, I found it a great place to stay.

“If you look for some thing different & special this house boat its for you”
Every thing was just perfect for my son & me. We were soooo happy & a nice fishman gave us a lot of small sea suprises
