“Perfect spot”
Gorgeous villa - 3 self contained apartments with excellent facilities. Lots of places to relax with friends or family. Pool was heated but not too much. The owner and his mum were very sweet and accommodating- nothing was too much trouble. Perfect spot if you like to chill and listen to the waves .. as it’s right next to the beach! Photos do not do the property justice!

Fantastic villa everything you could need and more. Loved being right on the beach. Great pool plenty of sun beds and outside areas to relax. Bus route to Split and Omis just outside. Nearby mini market. Great hosts. Best holiday accommodation.

Fantastic accommodation in Podstrana right on the beach where you have a great view of sunsets. Supermarkets close for basic groceries. Villa owners very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home The villa is immaculate, very large and has numerous areas inside and out where you can relax. Fully equipped with everything you need including all kitchen utensils and appliances. Also lots of loungers and a heated pool An easy 10 min walk along the pebble beach in either direction takes you to a number of good restaurants selling pizza, pasta, burgers and seafood. 25 mins from Split using the No60 bus which only costs 15 kuna per adult (one way). Bus stop right across the road from villa Highly recommended and would use again if returning to Podstrana

“Fantastic Villa”
Fabian, the owner, is a very friendly and helpful person. Thank you Fabian for your uncomplicated support. The house is super equipped, very clean and well maintained. The garden with the fantastic pool has a Caribbean feeling. The direct access to a fantastic beach makes this villa very exclusive! Highly recommended at all.
