We had a fantastic stay at Villa Balic! The house was spotless, modern, and well-equipped for a family holiday. The kids loved the play area, bikes, and spa, while we enjoyed the BBQ and peaceful setting. The beach is just a short walk away, and Split is only a quick drive. Our hosts, Ivica and Damira, were incredibly warm and welcoming — they truly thought of everything. We’d love to come back!

“Luxury stay near the sea”
The property is amazing. Great location, only a €20 Uber into Split. You have the entire ground floor plus all outside facilities. Very well stocked with everything you could need.

“Excellent”
It had everything we needed and more. The house was new and beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen. Separate bathrooms for both bedrooms and airconditioner in all rooms. There were toys and payarea for the kids. The owner even brought bikes for the girls. Really great stay.

Wonderful, peaceful newly built house. Great for kids or for a quiet retreat. More than enough space for 4 people with private bathrooms in each beadroom. Well equipped kitchen. Big TV. Air conditioning in all the rooms. Very friendly hosts.

Very comfortable accommodation for both couples or families with children. Everything you need was there, surprisingly even a coffee machine with capsules. The house is new and modern, clean and in a good location very close to Split and in a good beach area. If you drive a couple of kilometers by car, other places worth seeing and beaches are not far at all. The host was very friendly, communication was quick and efficient.

“Comfortable, Private, Relaxing and Very Friendly Hosts. Would Highly recommend!”
Really nice property. Felt very private and the location was very good. Didn't cost much to get into split and Market and beach was close by. I highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to come visit Split or Podstrana.
