It was very well equipped with all kitchen and cooking needs, a washing machine and dishwasher with washing pods to use which was also great. There were a few little welcome treats left for us on arrival which was a nice touch.

Everything was perfect, house, decoration, confort, pool, confortable beds, game room . Mislav was also fantastic very helpful with house and where to go in the area. Best house so far in Croatia. Highly recommended.

“Great Apartments”
Just spent 10 nights here with my fiancee and daughter. Apartment was lovely, very modern and comfortable with everything you would need. Also great air conditioning which was greatly appreciated. The pool was tremendous and loved by my girls. One small grocery store just a couple of minutes away and two further down on the main road. Also a good bakery there too. Number 60 bus to Split and in opposite direction to Omis comes every 30 minutes plus there is a mini bus that comes about 10 minutes before the main bus that takes you same routes. Traffic wasn't as bad as I expected though was told it can be a nightmare in the high tourist season. Only thing I found was there isn't that many places to go in the area though decent beach bar straight down and along a bit to the left was where we went all the time when in Podstrana. Food was basic but nice, drink was good and quite inexpensive and had a singer on at weekend. There are some more bars but we never tried them. Communication with Bruno the property manager was top class and self check in was easy. The lady that stays in apartment and does all maintenance was lovely. All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay again as found it great value for money and great amenities for the price.

The apartment was really well equipped, it had a dishwasher, washing machine, a hoover, an ironing board and an iron, a hairdryer. It was really clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing!

“Good place to stay for family to visit Spilt”
It’s quit new and full facilitied for a family vacation. The room is really fresh and clean. The AC works well, The kitchen has most things for making food. The pool is big and cosy, water is really clean. Parking is for free.

“Comfortable and clean”
Flat had everything we need, very well designed, clean, close to beaches. We enjoyed at roof top with our friends. İ highly recommend this flat, we loved it.

We loved apartment Carpe Diem. It is newly built and is therefore very modern and very clean. It had everything we needed and the hosts had left things like dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, cloths, washing detergent tabs, beer, juice, crisps and sweets, which was very thoughtful. It is the only apartment with it's own outdoor space - which we really enjoyed. The pool and surrounds are lovely and there are plenty of sun-loungers - the parasols are essential. There is parking with the apartment which was also very helpful. The hosts also allowed us to have a late check-out.
