Extremely helpful host. Very apologetic about the situation left from former guests. He will renovate the place until the spring 2026. Some guests smoke although it is a non smoking apartment. Shops are in 2 minutes walking distance. City center is 30 minutes walk . Parking in front, elevator to 4th floor apartment Breakfast is ok value.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary appliances. Host was extremely friendly and helpful, even though we had a late check-in. On top of that, the breakfast in the fridge was a really nice touch. Definitely recommendation.

Milija was a very kind and helpful host. He had plentifull information to share, including car rentals, sightseeing, restaurants. The house was clean and full with everything you can need, including drinks and breakfast food. He also took us from the airport. Thank you again, hope to come back to your place soon!

Everything was perfect.

This was perfect for us. It is a 4th floor apartment (elevator included!) in a clean and stylish apartment block about a 20 minute walk from the old town (and the walk is pleasant through a cemetery with views!). There is a supermarket, organic health food shop, a few restaurants and a bakery (great burek) nearby. We felt that starting our holiday in a residential area of Podgorica somehow gave us more of a sense of the place than if we had just landed right in the centre. The apartment has a balcony, air con (essential in Podgorica in summer), a kitchen space, bathroom, living area, bedroom etc. and is perfectly comfortable and clean with all you would need. The host picked us up from the airport (10€) and we also hired a car from him for our 2 week holiday. We much preferred this to hiring from a big company as 1. It was cheaper 2. More convenient as the car was parked at our apartment after our airport pick up 3. it was a nippy little VW Golf that was a few years old. We might have been more nervous driving around the sometimes slightly challenging roads of Montenegro in a pristine new or larger car. 4. We picked our host up and he dropped us off at the airport at the end of our holiday. 5 It just seemed more relaxed compared to hiring from a big company as the host's previous positive reviews (and the fact we stayed in his apartment at the start of our holiday) reassured us that there was not going to be any hidden costs or attempts to rip us off! He is an honest and kind man who answered all communications really promptly.

We spent here one night, becouse on the next day we went to the other places in Montenegro. The apartment have evrything what we need to stay shortly. The owner is very kindly, frindly and helpful, he saw us a.lot of place and give advice. We recommend ded this place.

Everything was perfect, I stayed in about 7 different houses during my holiday and this is definitely the best. An excellent breakfast, breads, coffee, everything was ready. The inside of the house was very neat and beautiful. Most importantly, our host was very friendly and helpful. I am very happy to have met him, we are friends now.

It was a great stay: the place is quiet, although it's a "normal" apartment in a typical building. The apartment is large and bright, extremely clean. Modern furnishings. Wi-fi works great, there are many charging sockets in the apartment. Contact with the host was perfect via WhatsApp. Check-in and handing over the keys is easy. The district is modern. There is a large store next door - several smaller ones nearby. There is a good restaurant around the corner from the building. It is about a 15-minute walk to the center. Everything was fantastic
