“Very quiet, clean and off the beaten path”
The location is nice and quiet, but was at the time difficult to get to because of road construction. And there is very little parking or a parking lot about 300 meters away. There was a cozy, big kind of living room with a fire place. Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. The room was clean, modern, but no A/C.

“Conveniently located bed & breakfast with very moderate to no service.”
The surrounding of the House is nice - nature and not too far from the Lake Starnberg. The rooms were nicely decorated
