Subject: Formal complaint and reimbursement request – Booking 5319545831 Dear Booking.com Support, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding booking number 5319545831 and requesting reimbursement according to Booking.com’s Guest Refund Policy. After making the reservation, I received a confirmation email with the address listed on Booking.com: 12 Anglické nábřeží, Plzeň, 301 00, Czech Republic. When I arrived at this address with my child and three bags, I discovered that other people were already living there and they also had a valid Booking confirmation. This means the address listed on Booking is incorrect and the listing contains misleading information. I never received any SMS or message informing me about a different address. I tried calling the host several times, but he did not answer. Only thanks to the people living there was the host contacted. He then claimed that he had sent me an SMS with a new address, but I never received such a message. After two hours of driving with my child, I was extremely tired and had no choice but to go to the new address the host gave us. It was located in another part of the city. When we arrived, the situation became even worse. The keys were hidden behind garbage bins and we had to move dirty trash containers in order to retrieve them, which is unacceptable and unsafe. The apartment was located on the 6th floor and it did not match the photos shown on Booking. The condition of the apartment was unacceptable: the sofa was dirty the bathroom furniture was broken the bed linen was dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell Because of these issues I immediately contacted Booking support. Your colleague Anastasia confirmed by phone that the reservation would be cancelled and that relocation would be arranged. However, after that the host came to the apartment and started aggressively knocking on the door, which scared my daughter and made her cry. We felt unsafe and had to leave the apartment immediately. The location was superb as it was close to the train station and even closer to the beautiful town center. I really enjoyed the sound of the river through the open windows at night. Jan was unbelievably helpful and more importantly extremely reliable.

Great access point to the city centre. Clean, comfortable and generous room with all the equipment you need. Very nice and helpful owner, who answered quickly and gave us great detailed info about the sights and history of the city. 100% recommended.
