“Worst hotel stay of our 10 day family trip”

Having booked an expensive 2x queen bed room (mother, father and daughter) the hotel believed one of these beds should be a sofa-bed, because that was “standard”. We had to trail back down to reception to discuss after which we were put onto a 2x queen room, which the hotel staff were certainly classifying as doing us a favour! Breakfast was about the worst we have ever experienced. No real choice, nothing safely gluten free other than fruit; paper/plastic plates and plastic cutlery. It was the worst hotel stay of our 10 day family trip.

Breakfast was good, large choice or eggs, waffles, bread, yogurt, oatmeal, dried fruits and nuts, fresh fruit. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, the whole place looked relatively new or remodeled. The location was convenient for supermarkets and Restaurants.

The hotel is somewhat still new. Gym is decent.

Good location for what we needed. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Large comfortable room close to shops and a 10 min drive to the Mayflower.

Clean, comfortable hotel closely situated to a number of restaurants and 10 mins from Plymouth centre. Good breakfast selection (precooked). Friendly staff.

The room was nice. Great location. Pool was nice. Staff were great. Breakfast was great.
