“Cyclist friendly accommodation”

I stayed here for a night while cycle touring. It had been a bitterly cold day, and I was welcomed with coffee to warm me up. A wood burning stove heated the house and made things cosy. Breakfast was tasty and filling. And what a beautiful place I found myself in when the mist cleared!

The cottage is very nice, and the location is beautiful and peaceful. The owners' parents were very kind.

We would definitely go back! We arrived while it was snowing but still got the most warming welcome with tea. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the extensive breakfast with delicious homemade jams! The host is very lovely! Hvala puno!

Everything was great, we stopped there for one night during our durmitor ring tour. We had ebikes and could easily recharge them and the owners were super friendly. Everything was super clean and authentic as well as super comfortable. For the price it's amazing.

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were incredibly hospitable and warm. Our arrival was delayed and we only got in around midnight during a summer storm with heavy rain, wind, and lightning. Despite the late hour, the owners kindly waited up for us, welcomed us with a warm dinner, helped us bring in our bags, and made sure we had everything we needed. Traveling with three children, this was especially thoughtful and very much appreciated. The dinner was delicious, and the breakfast was outstanding - with organic ham, honey, and cheese. Everything felt fresh, homemade, and full of care. We will definitely return when we have the chance - highly recommended!

Wonderful fairytale scenery, cosy cottages. Very tasty breakfast, nice welcome with rakija. Heartily recommended to anyone who wants a peaceful environment.

Very friendly owner, old lady but she knows how to use phone to translate to any language:-) The house is newly build, very modern and has all you need. It is quite location.and there is an outdoor seating area.

A very special mention to little Mira, she chatted away to me in her own language and I understood very little but it was a delight. Thank you so much and it was fantastic seeing snow in May 😊😊

Authentic place for those who like it.

The hosts were extremely nice and hospitable. The location is breathtaking and really peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately the weather was bad so we didnt hike but there are definitely a lot of great opportunities for that. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and it was a lot of food.

This is really off the beaten tracks. Echoing previous comments; extremely hospitable hosts willing to go the extra mile giving maximum comfort to their guests. You can really experience mountain life of decades ago, while still having some contemporary comfort. Everything very clean! Superb stay!

This accommodation is highly recommended for anyone looking for peace and a connection with nature. The hosts were exceptional and welcomed us like royalty. The food was homemade and absolutely delicious. Cleanliness was at a very high level. The location is ideal, as all the natural beauties of the Piva and Durmitor regions are easily accessible from this starting point. We will definitely return to enjoy this place during the summer months.

Our experience at the Oaza Mira household was phenomenal. The breakfast was very delicious, with homemade and abundant food, just like lunch and dinner. We would recommend everyone to try the homemade juices produced by the host, as well as the liqueurs and brandies. What makes this place truly special is the breathtaking nature and scenic viewpoints. Just a 10-minute drive from our bungalow is the beautiful Sušica Lake, which is part of the Durmitor Ring. After visiting the lake, you can continue your journey along the Durmitor Ring, a true gem of nature. Additionally, 10 kilometers from our bungalow is Piva Lake, surrounded by mountains. It was truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommended to everyone!

“Wonderfull hosts and stunning surrounds”

We felt so welcome to Oaza Mira from the moment we arrived! The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, and ready to use Google translate to explain to us in English about the bungalow we were staying in. Home cooked breakfasts were delicious and so filling (we hiked Bobotov Kuk and the breakfast kept us going the whole time)! The nearby Piva Canyon and drive in was stunning, and we wish we had more time to explore the surrounds! It's a little over an hour drive into Zabljak if you're wanting to do walks like the Black Lake, and about an hour to drive to the start of Bobotov Kuk along a really scenic drive. Kitchen had a stove, oven and refrigerator, which were helpful for us to cook some dinners. The electric heater was great to heat up the bottom floor (we stayed in late October) and the top floor with beds seemed to stay warm enough from the afternoon sun (we could have taken the heater upstairs if needed). Overall, one of our favourite stays in Montenegro!
