Overview
Cap Ouest is set on the bayfront in the town of Plouescat in Brittany. There is free WiFi throughout the hotel and free on-site parking. “We liked the location and it was convenient for our trip around Brittany.”
The staff were friendly and helpful. We had asked for safe storage for our electric bikes and they willingly complied with this important request. We thought the hotel might be a little tired at the end of the season but were pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy it was.

“Excellent hotel as a stopover, or for exploring”
I have used this hotel before, when it was under the BritHotel banner. However, now it is a Best Western, it is much better. The reception staff were extremely helpful, and the restaurant was excellent - great food and service. I used it both as a stopover when returning from Switzerland and for exploring the local area. I shall use it again when returning to Roscoff, which is less than 30 minutes drive away.

“Absolutely worst for the money.”
Excellent Infrastructure, very friendly staff. The gym is small, but perfectly equipped with newest TechnoGym devices. The room is very modern and in high quality outfitted.

Nice location and very comfortable rooms with a view out over the bay in a very peaceful spot. Rooms were spacious and nicely-decorated, with a small fridge, TV, and enough storage space. Great shower and nice bathroom.

“Very good hotel and restaurant”
I have stayed at this hotel several times before, when it was a Brithotel, but it has improved since it became one of the Best Western family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was given a room close to the lift as I had requested. Dinner on the restaurant was very enjoyable and the service was good, despite the fact that there was only one waiter, who seemed a little over-worked. The hotel is only about 25 minutes drive from the Roscoff Ferry Terminal, and I shall use it in future when returning to the UK by boat.
