A perfect place to stay when visiting Plitvice Lakes, a 5 minute walk to entrance 3 of the park, with two restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and many more a short drive away. The accommodation was extremely clean, equipped with everything we needed,had good WiFi and a wonderful balcony. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. Best of all was the host who welcomed us warmly, giving lots of helpful tips on the park and surrounding area and willing to answer any questions we had. Would 100% recommend Villa Plitvice to any one considering visiting the area, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay

“A perfect find”

We were so happy we chose B+B Villa Plitvica. We had a beautiful, spacious room and the view from our balcony was amazing. The location was perfect, being situated next to the 'secret' no. 3 entrance just 10mins on foot down the road. You have to buy the park ticket online beforehand. The helpful and friendly hostess will give you a map and explain it all. It was great not having to use the car and the private parking space was useful. The area was beautiful and quiet. There was a lovely choice at breakfast including freshly prepared eggs and pancakes. For dinner there are 3 restaurants close by, all within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing location and a very kind and attentive hostess. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with good quality food and wonderful home-made cakes. It was lovely to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room (the first time we encountered this in Croatia). We were given an excellent recommendation for dinner (at Ethno Houses just a few minutes walks away where we enjoyed two tasty meals in a lovely environment). The B&B is perfectly located for the least busy entrance 3 of Plitvice lakes. Easy parking by the B&B. Loved our stay. Thank you.

Very nice room offering everything a traveller needs. Wonderful breakfast!

Everything was wonderful, from the location (near to plitvice lakes third entrance), the comfort of the bed to the decoration and the homemade breakfast prepared every morning by the host. She was very nice and gave us important tips. We strongly recommend this place!

“Clean, quiet, convenient stay with great breakfast.”

The room, and host were exceptional. Everything was spotless and as described. Th entrance to the park was a 3 minute walk away and not crowded. The host let us leave the car so wee didn't have to find other parking.

“Very cozy, good smell, good place”

Amazing location for visiting park. They have unofficial 3rd entrance just couple of mins away by foot (less people, faster discovery). Very quiet and calm surroundings, we also went for 1 hour evening walk with free viewpoints of Plitvica lakes park. Cozy room and balcony. Very nice breakfast. Very clean, good smell.

Everything! The room was clean, big and nicely decorated. The people were really nice and helpful. The location was great, close to Entrance 3.

Great location for the Plitvice Lakes, a short walk downhill to entrance for the ferry P3. Lovely new bathroom and very spacious room. The breakfast was great, good variety and freshly baked cakes. Would definitely recommend eating in the b&b directly behind, fish/meat/ vegetables are your options and the experience truly authentic.

The location is perfect. Very peaceful and surrounded by greens and close to the waterfall. The host is super friendly and the homemade breakfast offered is just amazing.

Very quiet calm place , close to entry 3 to Plitvice (you need to get online tickets , as there is guy scanning them - cannot buy them on spot from him). Parking place spacious , for 3 cars easy to work with. Room - haven’t seen cleaner 10/10 ! Owner , super nicer lady was very eager to help with everything, communication 10/10 Breakfast - very homie style prepared with heart by the owner. All you need to get back on road satisfied and not hungry :) Tip : have cash with you ! For dinner , you can go to closest Villas that offer dinner nevertheless there is NOBODY who accepts cash-no terminal. For two people you need at least 100 eur. There is “ATM” close by but it charges fee :/

The location is the best to get to know Plitvice Lakes without crowds. The hospitality was also amazing as well as the quiteness of the place.

The Host was fabulously and very caring and warm. The breakfast was all home made from local produce and super amazing in flavour and quality.
