Fantastic location, quiet and peaceful. Accomodation was clean and comfortable, with breakfast and dinner plentiful and enjoyable. With no car, it was an easy walk to entrance 3 from our accommodation. Our host was very helpful in suggesting the best route to take once in the lake area. A most enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Accommodation is of a very high standard. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Host welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfast and evening meals available which is a big plus. Both have a good choice of food. Property located a walk or very short drive to Entrance Three. This entrance is not generally publicised as it's aimed at those staying in the Plitvice Selio area. Make sure you have online tickets as they are not sold at Entrance Three.

Excellent all round. A clean, spacious and very comfortable room. The owner is exceptionally friendly and eager to ensure you have a good stay. Food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. We will definitely stay again if we ever return to Plitvice Lakes.

“Close to 3 entrance”

Very nice stay. Close to Entrance 3 for Plitvice Park. Entrance 3 a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There is ZERO to do at night. Book like you did a hike during the day, went to bed, got up in the morning and left.

Amazing host, nothing was too much trouble. Superb breakfast, plenty of choice. Great location for entry to the lakes via entrance 3. Spacious room with fridge. Also ate in the restaurant in the evening - good tasty home-cooked meals.

We booked the room on the road an hour before arrival. We arrived before midnight. The staff (probably the owner) waited for us. Communication in English was perfekt. The same experience in the morning when we had breakfast.

A very comfortable and spacious room. Everything is sparkling clean, with brand-new furniture. A huge bonus — the shower. It’s simply amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. They explained everything and gave us great recommendations. Important to note: there isn’t a single shop or kiosk in the village, so keep that in mind! Breakfast and dinner are served at the restaurant connected to the house. Everything is top-notch and absolutely delicious. Dinner costs around €30 per person, which includes a main course, salad, dessert, and soup. Drinks are charged separately.

Very spacious room and super clean too. All the facilities were very new, with a really nice bathroom. Can't fault the room at all, had the nicest facilities we stayed in Croatia. Bed was really comfortable and big. Staff were all very friendly. There's plenty of space for parking too if you're driving. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was good. In a great location, just over a mile from P3 entrance to the park. If you arrive in the afternoon with a two day ticket, you can do the lower lakes in that afternoon and the upper lakes on the following morning. That way you avoid the crowds!

Perfect place to stay to visit Plitvice Lakes National Park. Entrance 3 to the park is just a 15 min walk away, so you dont need to drive (and pay for parking). We took route H which was really good! The accommodation was also comfortable and very clean. It is run by a family and they take pride in providing great service. Just take note to bring enough cash to pay for breakfast and dinner if you would like to eat here. Overall a very good stay!

Our stay here was truly wonderful. The accommodation was beautiful, spotlessly clean, spacious, and located in a perfect strategic spot — just a few minutes by car from the entrance to Plitvice Lakes. It made visiting the park incredibly easy and convenient. The breakfast, offered at an extra charge, was absolutely worth it. It was homemade, delicious, with a wide variety of options, and clearly prepared with love by the hosts. Everything tasted amazing and felt genuinely local and authentic. Milan and his family were fantastic — incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming people who made us feel right at home. Their hospitality was outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. We were very happy with everything and would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you so much for everything — we only wish we could have stayed longer! The place and its surroundings are truly magical.

“Beautiful property, with two exceptional female hosts.”

The two female hosts we met were exceptional! They live in the house nextdoor as a family and were very friendly and on the ball. The double bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the bedroom and bathroom were big and comfortable. Plitvica Selo doesn't have much in the way of shops or restaurants, but the property has its own restaurant with homemade everything, and was delicious! The outside lounge area was heavenly also. Beautiful property. Parking was also easy and spacious.

We stayed in the new building, lovely room, comfy bed and really nice shower / bathroom. Great location for the secret entrance into Plitvice which means you don’t have to park in the main car parks if you have a car and leave it here. Highly recommend having dinner here, food was really good. Great place to stay and we highly recommend it!
