“Whalesong”
The size of the room was great, we had enough space to put suitcases and still walk around freely. The shower was also big and spacious, the water pressure was excellent! The staff were very accommodating and always friendly. The location was perfect and close to the town and beach. There was sufficient parking on site and the rooms from what I could see were wheelchair accessible. The terrace for meals and drinks had an amazing view of the ocean. There was a fan (a bit loose so it made a knocking noise when on) and there was a TV in the room.

“I would not stay here again. The pictures are deceiving and this is definitely not a 4 star hotel”
The bathrooms are horrendous, very outdated and with poor, eerie lighting. This is not a 4 star hotel or even a 3 star or hotel for that matter. There is no concierge service, nobody to help with bags, guest services are all closed from early should you need anything and the restaurant menu is limited. The pics are deceiving and this space is a waste of money

Nice size rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and a nice breakfast. Complimentary drinks on arrival. Access to a swimming pool which the kids loved.

“Not the superior stay we expected.”
Tired rooms, in need of a revamp. Original reception locked up and you have to make your way to the restaurant to check in. Bathroom light didn’t work, bathroom door lock wasn’t fitted properly so the door got stuck when closed. Shower control came off in hand when showering and shower leaked.
