Very good contact with the owner who was always helpful and allowed us for early check in and Kate check out. Very nice views from the balconies. 2 bathrooms and overall spacious apartment. Comfortable bed in one of the sleeping rooms. A decent supermarket very close. Free concerts in Hard Rock hotel every evening.

The Appartment is on the top floor of the Paraiso del Sur building and offers great views. It is equipped with everything you need. Just bear in mind that there are quite a few hotels in the direct vicinity, and one of them, if not more will have entertainment in the evenings at any given evening. Natalia is a very nice host, very responsive and has lots of recommendations for things to see and do :) Asl her for her favorites :)

Very clean & spacious. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 balconies. Right across the road from the Hard Rock hotel where there was great entertainment at night.

The property had a lot of gadgets, linen etc and was well appointed in the centre of the town. There was plenty of sunbeds around the pool and the host was helpful. Pool towels and covers for the sunbeds were provided as well as walking sticks. The host also left a bottle of wine, some fruit, tea and toiletries for our stay. The bar just above the pool was good with a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices.

The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. The view to the North from the balcony to see Teide and the mountains was beautiful. It was wonderful to have another balcony to enjoy the view of El Paraíso and the sea. We had a very pleasant stay here. Natalia was very helpful and we also enjoyed seeing her lovely paintings.

perfect location, also 16th floor gets a perfect view on the area around including the sea. Apartment was clean, but would use some refurbishment. close to shops, restaurants and mainly to the sea ! Natalia was very keen although English was a bit challenging to speak :-)

Spectacular views from both balconies. The appartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which is quite comfortable even for just a couple. Wonderful location, close to the beach, shops and bars. We enjoyed fantastic promenade with beautiful sun sets. It's quite quiet area, perfect for rest and enjoying close contact to the nature. Nice and clean swimming pool area, with all facilities like pool towels and sun umbrellas provided. It was a good choice.
