The staff were absolutely out of this world. My favourite club was definitely worth every penny.

Stunning hotel, with incredible views. We were a bit dubious reading some of the reviews, but are firm believers a holiday is what you make it. The staff were always helpful. The choice of food was huge every meal. The entertainment staff had us involved playing games and somehow managed to remember everyone’s names! The rooms were very clean, spacious and beds comfortable. The walk up from the beach was hard on the legs and lungs, there are other ways to access it and get back to the hotel. We did it once and didn’t feel the need to again!

The hotel was beautiful the rooms were very clean and spacious. The gym was excellent and so was the indoor pool the area is quite quiet but a lovely town close by the drinks were very good too

Unfortunately I have to write this review because so many things went wrong with our stay here. At the end of the stay we did leave something in our room but when we called and asked the cleaning staff to check it was gone so the staff obviously stole our property. When we arrived tired in the evening we tried to check-in but the staff Alex told us we would have to pay €525 extra because we needed to upgrade rooms. Our booking specifically said wheelchair accessible but they put us at the bottom of the hill. Definitely not wheelchair accessible.

View, location, pools

Food was very nice. As a vegetarian I stuck with the more basic options but my partner loved the meat options. Drinks were also lovely from the bar and restaurant. The outdoor pool was quite cold but so refreshing in the heat. When we arrived one of the pools were under construction but on our last day it reopened and looked fabulous. Rooms were absolutely perfect and the cleaners did brilliant jobs. Entertainment was pretty good, people have said the entertainers only pay attention to French people. But personally I thought they payed the most attention to people who got involved so as long as you're friendly, have conversations, and get involved in the Entertainment there's no issue. The beach was quite a walk (especially if you hate walking like me) but it was so gorgeous and so worth it, and on the walk down there was cats and chipmunks who will approach you. One of the days which were very hot me and my partner walked down and gave the chipmunks some water and they all came running towards us. The reception is very helpful and easy to approach with any questions. there is also a shop on site full of plenty of different necessities and souvenirs that me and my partner went to almost every day. Over all I would 100% recommend the hotel. Looking back at the negative reviews they did make me nervous a couple weeks before going. But they were very wrong and shouldn't put you off.

The location was quiet nice. However to get to your room and back and reception or main restaurant you needed walk up hill. Same with reaching the beach, quite a hike.
