The place is very clean & comfortable,bedding is beautifully soft & cuddly,nice touches like 2 coffee pods, i would say good value, close to the sea front & shopping centre & also only 100 meters away from the main bar/restaurant & coffee culture

“Central and strategic location for a night.”
Location is pretty much central in Playa Honda. Easily to walk everywhere... including the airport. Playa Honda is a nice and quiet residential area, with a beautiful lo g beach area. Ideal to stay for a night. Communication with the owner was good, spite there was a trouble with the booking, she managed to arrange a room for me.

The staff wasnt freindly and halpful, we were robed and the staff didnt helped us, there is shared bathroom with 3 rooms, 6 people and never enough of hot water, elecrricity isnt working properly cause its very old and all the equpiment couldnt work in tje same time- than the elecrricuty is out, problrms with parking of your car

“A perfect stay for one night of you arrive or depart early by plane.”
The place is very convenient if you need one night stay because of your flight schedule. I had my flight early morning and was able to walk from this property to the airport (35 minutes stroll on a dedicated walking path, super convenient). This property has a shared bathroom between 3 rooms. When I arrived everything was spotless, bathroom was very clean and I happened to have my own kettle and water in the room which was very useful. There was also a mini coffee machine and a microwave. I was able to make my own breakfast and have a cup of coffee before heading out on the morning. The check in and check out can be done at any hour, since you will receive your room keys in a keypad locked box and don't have to meet anyone. For me this was perfect, due to early departure to the airport. The vicinity has plenty of bars and shops, so you can stock up before or after your arrival. Overall I'm happy I stayed. I had a comfortable and quiet night in a very clean and well maintained property - on a budget.

“This place is disgrace. I booked 7 nights but left after 3 because I couldn’t handle this. I informed 24h in advance tha”
Bathroom smells really bad from pipes. Rooms smells bad of mustiness. Balcony which is rather a loggia smells even worse. After 3 nights towels which were not exchanged smells like dirty wet dog. To fight this smell they installed automatic artificial smell dispenser in shared space which is releasing potentially harmful chemicals to air without your consent. There are 2 other rooms, which makes bathroom constantly occupied in mornings and evenings. You hear everything through the walls, not only other tenants but also local neighbours. On last day the water stopped working so I couldn’t even shower and clean number two properly. Apparently it was not first time this happened as there was a big bottle with water next to toilet for such situations. Shower is also super small and pressure super weak making a shower last 3x longer than it should. Imagine 6 ppl sharing this.

Unfortunately the property wasn’t available and address changed on the day of arrival. I was checking out of an apartment in south of Spain to leave and overnight in Lanzarote and unfortunately was late to see all the notifications from the renter.

“Atleast a television and a real bed to sleep on if you’re staying for linger time.”
It was not what I expected.There were no bed it seems like too sofas put together and it moved apart while I was sleeping.
