The location was beautiful. Large outdoor area with seating. Towels were clean and bathroom floor mats. Most surface areas had been wiped over. Fridge was clean. The cooker was clean.

The penthouse had everything we could need, the location was perfect for our holiday, the lady that met us was lovely, will definitely be staying again.

The roof terrace was amazing perfect location with watching the sunrise right through to sunset. The jacuzzi was a great added bonus. The reservations manager is great and attentive.

it was amazingly clean, smelt fresh every morning the lift was cleaned every day, the swimming pool was one of the cleanist if not the cleanist ive ever been in, there honestly was not one fault. amazing stay i cant wait to rebook.

“Amazing home from home in the sun - our villa in the sky.”

Amazing appartment with a huge outside space and lots of seating dining table and sofas A shaded area to eat under or sit as well as plenty of sunny space Its like having your own 5th floor villa not an appartment. There is a lift for those who dont wish to use the stairs, useful with cases. Towels for sunbeds were provided along with a choice of loungers and sun chairs on the terrace. The property was clean and tidy when we arrived and we were met on arrival at 21.30 and showed to the appartment and given the keys, lots of chance to ask questions. The external gate to the complex is usually locked making the complex more secure/private Pool area is good, pool is only small but never busy. Two large double bedrooms and a sofa bed plenty of hanging space for clothes and ample drawers. There are 2 portable airconditioning units which were ample to cool the apartment during the evening while we were out eating, just place them in doorways to circulate the cool air and leave doors open. There is both a dishwasher and washing machine if needed. A family size fridge and freezer is a huge asset. The kitchen is well stocked with plates pans and utensils. There is a Mercadonna (large) supermarket a very short walk away for your essentials whether you eat in or out. The BBQ on the terrace is a nice touch and charcoal is available from the Mercadona. Maria was in touch both before and during our stay by whatsapp to answer any questions. Would return to stay again, its ideally placed for the local bars eateries and only a short taxi ride from the airport. Highly recomend this property

The sunroof terrace was the best thing about this accommodation. Really large outdoor private space and got the sun all day long. Pool was always quiet as well never struggled to get a sun bed.

I rented it based on the balcony which was really large with areas for both sun and shade at all times and a great sea view in that respect it didn’t let us down.

The appartment is well located, just 500m from the ocean with comfortable path. There is a beautiful seaview from the terrace. The terrace itself is wasting its potential as there is no eating table and chairs on it, just some lounge type of seating. The pool area is fine, with enough sun beds and pretty clean. It is however not (or not enough :-) heated as the water was rather cold.

Excellent location, great apartment and especially the roof terrace (would go as far to claim its the biggest in the whole complex), quiet but close to all the action (walking distance) icluding Siam park and public transport. Close to most of the beaches and shopping. Good kitchen with all the equipment, washing machine, dishwasher etc, BBQ is a nice touch on the roof, even had some beachware handy. The complex pool area is good and usually always can get a sunlounger. Gem of a place if its availiable, do not hesitate.

The location is good. Pretty close to beach, and everything else you could ask for was in a 5min walk radius. The apartment had a nice, big balcony with a great view of ocean. The apartmanet building and the garden with pool was pretty nice.

Everything . The Penthouse was very comfy and spacious with magnificent views to the ocean and pool area.......we will definitely be staying again if it's not fully booked the next time we come to Tenerife ha ha.
