“Do not rent”
The apartment looks nothing like the photos on Booking and is in urgent need of renovation. There is mold everywhere and a strong unpleasant smell. It’s difficult to ventilate the rooms because the windows face an inner courtyard of the complex. It is very noisy until around 3 a.m. There is no cable TV, only two televisions in total — one doesn’t work, and the other only has access to YouTube. The towels were dirty, with stains and burn marks. The mosquito net in the bathroom was torn. When taking a shower, the water floods the living room. The beds are only 1.40 m wide, each with just one long pillow, and the fourth room didn’t have any bed linen provided. A €300 deposit is required, but to get it back you must return the key by 11 a.m. and wait until 1 p.m., after cleaning, for the owner to check the apartment before refunding the deposit. Overall, this was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this property at all.

The A/C is very good to have throughout the property, very nice kitchen and nice flatscreen tv

Great location in terms of its proximity to the beach, restaurants and bars but do read what I didn't like. I will say that it was just renovated and in good condition, clean and modern. The staff/rental company were friendly and helpful too.
