“Best holiday ever !!”

Totally amazing staff

⚠️ WARNING – BE CAREFUL WITH UNEXPECTED CHARGES We stayed at this hotel from May 6 to May 10, 2026, during the low season. We booked a high-category suite with a stage view and paid approximately €2,800 for our stay, expecting a premium guest experience. After check-out, the hotel charged €199 from our deposit for a “LELO KIT EROTIKO” that was allegedly opened in our room. I can state with complete confidence that neither I nor my husband opened, used, or even examined this item. The hotel informed us that the charge is applied once the box is opened. However, I clearly remember moving several boxes from the bedside table into the drawers while organizing our belongings, and it is possible that the item in question was among them. What is particularly disappointing is that guests can be charged nearly €200 without any evidence that the item was actually used. The hotel was unable to provide photographs, records, or any proof that we opened or used the product. If the hotel believes that the item was opened, it should have objective evidence before charging guests €199. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue during our stay. We were checked into a room with a broken shower door, a non-functioning television, and a coffee machine that did not work. I immediately documented these issues with photos and videos and reported them to the reception desk. Although the staff offered to send someone to fix the problems, I did not want to spend my vacation time dealing with issues that should have been resolved before guests arrive. As a result, we could not use the television and had to purchase coffee elsewhere despite having paid for a luxury room. I am sharing this review to warn future guests. Please carefully inspect your room upon arrival, pay attention to any items placed in drawers, cabinets, or on bedside tables, and carefully review all charges applied to your deposit after check-out.
