“Ibiza Twins stay”
Rooms where spacious, spotless clean, staff all very pleasant, a big thank you to Denise who checked us in, We decided to upgrade to all inclusive and it was well worth it. Drinks all named brands, food was exceptional. With something different on every night. We enjoyed the shows put on by the entertainment staff and also the pool keep fit. Would def return.

“Great location, good rooms, not great breakfast, mixed staff”
The rooms are comfortable, big enough, and some of them look over the sea rather than the pool. Some staff were lovely and helpful, others less so. The location by the sea is great - short walk to Figueretes Beach, right on Playa d'en Bossa and 25 minute walk into Ibiza Town.

“Great family stay”
The hotel was so accommodating after I made an error with the booking and booked for the next year 🤦♀️. They did all they could to help and make me feel as less stressed as possible! Thankfully they had a room and sorted us put quickly! Hotel is lovely, super clean and comfortable rooms. View pool side is stunning. Entertainment excellent and staff all very welcoming. Would hesitate to go back.

“Beach, town, pool and parties”
Great location near to the port, airport, town and beaches. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Well connected by buses to the bigger clubs. Pool is big and there are plenty of sun loungers. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Powerful shower with plenty of towels and toiletries. Huge choice of breakfast options. Evening entertainment most nights was varied and clearly a lot of effort goes into rehearsals and giving a good performance. Lots of daytime activities available.

A Truly Wonderful Stay – Thanks to Denise! Due to unexpected floods, I had to switch hotels last minute and booked two extra nights at Ibiza Twins. I was a bit stressed, but Denisse, the manager, made all the difference. She took the time to truly understand my situation and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Thanks to her, I didn’t even have to change rooms despite two separate bookings – which I really appreciated. She gave me amazing local tips for dining and nightlife and made me feel incredibly welcome and safe. On top of that, the hotel itself is fantastic: beautifully designed rooms, a stunning pool area, and the food is just amazing… from breakfast and dinner to the cocktails and fresh smoothies. Denise truly saved my vacation with her empathy, professionalism, and kindness. She’s an absolute gem, and Ibiza Twins is lucky to have her!
