Location and facilities were very good. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from although booking for the Mexican and Italian is limited. Spa is very expensive! The beach outside the rear gate is public, if you want to use it, it will cost 45 euro for two beds and parasol per day. Many guest were caught out by this, and never explained by the check in staff. On the whole the staff were excellent apart from house keeping! Ibiza old town is only 12/15 mins by taxi and worth a trip.

“The perfect holiday for families”

10/10 highly recommend. The kids club was the best I have ever come across. Every single member of the kids club team were always happy, enthusiastic and really cared about the children. Especially Paula Claudia and estrella are the names I remember but honestly every single one was fantastic. The games and adventures they set up were incredible. The shows they do in the evening phenomenal. The entertainment team were fantastic and the greatest asset to this stay. Made the family holiday so enjoyable. The food was very good highly rate the options and quality. Rooms very nice modern, chic and clean. Pools all very well designed so smaller kids can still be around the in the designated areas around the big pools and they have the separate kids private themed pool aswell.

Beautiful 5* hotel, that smells amazing. Food is great and available 24 hours a day. Lots of options and clearly marked for allergens. Staff are really friendly. Great value for money.

“Excellent spot for our first family of four holiday!”

We were looking for a family friendly hotel for a baby and toddler with all the frills. The Grand Palladium Select Plaza delivered! Staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms beautiful, plenty of amenities, great food in the buffets. The kids club was amazing for our little girl, with plenty of varied activities! Claudia, Rocio, and Guadalupe were so helpful and kind, taking our daughter for an extra session when I fell ill to help us out. As above, I was sick during our stay and the hotel went out of their way to make sure I was alright during and afterwards - from arranging the doctor, to a welcome back gift in our room, and a hotel transfer. Guest services really were kind to keep checking in and seeing if we needed anything. I was already going to recommend this hotel to all my family and friends but now the endorsement is even stronger.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Select—everything was truly excellent. The all-inclusive experience was very well done, with a great variety of food and drinks throughout the day. The bars were a highlight for us, and the bartenders were not only skilled but also super friendly and fun, which made the whole experience even better. The food overall was good, but I’d definitely recommend booking a night at the Portofino restaurant and trying the salmon—it was absolutely worth it. We also really enjoyed the desserts. In our opinion, 3 days is not enough for Ibiza, especially when staying at this hotel. The hotel itself deserves at least 3–4 full days to properly enjoy everything it has to offer.

This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
