“Great hotel but WiFi is bad”
Great room with good facilities. The pool area was fab. We had ground floor with direct access to the pool and our own sunbeds which we loved. The towels were soft and plentiful.

“Very disappointing experience – unresolved refund and poor follow-up”
We booked a Premium Apartment at Ebano Hotel Apartments & Spa. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in the room was not working, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable given the summer heat. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk, where the receptionist was very kind and promised us a full refund after not being able to provide an adequate other room. However, despite these assurances, the hotel has not refunded the first night or the local tourist tax, and has not responded to any follow-up communication. This is unacceptable for a 4-star property. While the staff was polite at check-in, the lack of accountability and silence afterwards leaves a very bad impression. I expect Booking.com to step in and enforce the refund that was clearly promised.

It's near party... Location for people's like party and near airport, but it not loud except the sound from airplane... Water from shower very strong good have cold and hot water..

Hotel was good for money enjoy my stay, the staff are very nice, vibe round pool is fairly chilled, however there is one thing you must know if you get a room facing the airport your will have the notorious "el cockarolla" who will be knocking out a "bukar bukar" from around 4am till 12pm daily it must be feeding on some organic fresh trill or the marching powder, it didn't bother me but tortured my friend and it is still visiting him in his dreams in the UK, naughty el cockarolla.

Payment was taken at the end and I was over charged for the booking it should have been £350 and I charged over £400 never again 👎 was expensive enough for one night as it was without being over charged the waiter was also rude
