We had a very noisy room as across the road they have live music extremly loud. Wouldnt recommend it

Bed sheets were changed ONCE in 6 days. Third time staying in this hotel, we requested a room at the back of the hotel 9 months before our arrival as the rooms at the front are too loud (cannot sleep a wink with the music), they didn’t give us this request but were “coincidently” able to change our rooms the next day for €20 fee. On arrival we were not told about all inclusive meal times or where the snacks were located during the day. Pool areas are lovely, food was nice/standard.

We had a pleasant stay at Ura Hotels Jardín Del Atlántico. The location was great and convenient, and the overall atmosphere was nice. The food was absolutely delicious — we really enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

Location near a shopping center. Several cafes and shops. There is a store inside the building where you can buy water and some food late at night. There is enough space to stay.

The hotel is across of a place full of disco/ pubs. As well prostitute around .....we booked two nights and have to sleep in another location with friends as the noise was beyond terrible.....ruined my two nights holiday.

This feedback relies on my visit in December. Close to the beach, comfortable room. I chose this hotel because of the heated pool. There are 4 pools, one of them is heated in winter. Although the heated pool is an Adults only pool, being the only one heated in winter, it is overflowing with children. That means that there are loud, screaming toddlers swimming in this pool so if you expect some quiet sunbathing and swimming, you won't have that. But if you only want to sunbathe, you could always go to the opposite pool, where there are no children. The personnel is friendly and helpful. There are possibilities to book some activities while there. There are also a lot of grocery stores nearby, a chemist's and clothing stores.

Perfect for 2 energetic 4 year olds with the children's swimming pool. Water a little cold this time of year though so would recommend thermal swimming costumes. Heated pool is warmer though not to what some people expect reading past reviews. Pool bar is great and good prices for food and drinks. Buffet food in restaurant is also excellent and with a wide range of choice. Apartment very clean.

Stayed here for many years and it has everything you could ever need. Great location. Staff are AMAZING. It’s clean and the food is fantastic. Can not recommend this place enough. Perfect so families, solo trips or just a place to stay. Good size rooms, pools and just 10/10

Pool was great. I have stayed here before and accidently booked a standard room instead of superior. Wasn't hap[py with the room but noone was interested in moving us so just had to put up with it. The room the year before was lovely. Do superior if you can you wont regret it.
