If you need an appartment close to the touristy center of Maspalomas and it's beautiful dunes then this is the place! Overall Luis was very helpfull when we had any questions, how to get to the accomodation was also very well explained with a video. We were then welcomed with a bottle of wine and some recommendations from Luis for places to visit were also sent to us. Overall great hospitality and communication from our host and the accomodation was just what we needed :)

“A Gem of a Find!”

Everything about this apartment was excellent. It was beautifully decorated, in a gorgeous residential setting, and felt like a home from home. Its location was excellent, with the Maspalomas Sand Dunes literally around the corner, and Playa D'el Ingles beach a comfortable 20min stroll away along the beachfront. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets in the area too. The owner, Luis, is lovely and so helpful, and he speaks excellent English, which made it very easy for us, as we speak no Spanish!

This was a tastefully decorated flat, it felt like I was at home. It was a good location to the maspalomas sand dunes and along the bus route to different parts do the island.

Everything about this apartment is fab! It's in a great location close to lots of nice restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The host was so helpful and went above and beyond throughout our stay. I would highly reccomend this apartment.

Location, restaurants nearby. Large pool.. welcome beers, bottle of wine, milk and coffee. Fan and TV in lounge and bedroom. Excellent value for money Nice little balcony.
