I was collected from the airport, met immediately I stepped out of the car and shown into the apartment by the lovely Fabiana. The flat was spotless, view over the pool, smart TV with Netflix, comfortable bed, smallish kitchen with washing machine, capsule coffee machine, induction hob. Importantly key cooking and cleaning stuff such as olive oil, vinegar, washing up liquid, salt and pepper and a few coffee capsules were there for me. 10 mins walk to Playa de Ingles and load of bars and restaurants on the beachfron there; 5-10 mins the other way to supermarkets, a shopping centre and 20 mins to a fantastic traditional tapas restaurant. Taxi rank in the road outside - easy to get taxis any time of day. 13 mins tax ride to the cooler bars in Meloneras.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying here. The place was spotless — very clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed and easy to get around from. What really stood out, though, was the host. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I felt very welcome and well taken care of. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little apartment right in the centre of Playa del Inglés. Great value for money. Brilliant location just a few minutes from the beach and Yumbo centre, but also not too far from the trails. Bus stop nearby. Easy contact with the very helpful host. Lovely little balcony with no direct sun in winter, so the apartment is nice and cool all day.

“Amazing stay at this simply breathtaking apartment!”

Everything, the hosts Fabio & Fabiana, are simply amazing. Fabiana met us outside on arrival with the most friendliest & warm welcoming hug. She then brought us up & showed us around the apartment. As soon as the door opened, we were totally shocked at simply how beautiful this little place was. It was my friends birthday & they even left us the most delicious cheesecake & bottle of bubbles which was so lovely of them. Honestly, I could write so much about this place, but it would take you stay in it to see why. The fact it has Netflix & a smart tv was also a highlight for us, especially people with young kids. This is just amazing! The apartment has literally everything you could possibly need. Thanks again for one of the best weeks in this gorgeous place & we really can't wait to get back again sooner than later. Highly recommended to all friends/family ❤️😍 Mark & Jamie xx

Good location and very clean and nice apartment. I arrived very late but there was no problem finding the keys to get in. The owner Fabio was very friendly and available all the time. Will for sure return.

“Perfect spot for a perfect holiday”

This really is a home away from home. A wonderful apartment within a five minute walk to the Yumbo Center and within ten minutes of the beach with many bars and restaurants. Busstops close by to connect you with destinations all over the island with reliable buses. The apartment is small, but convenient and has a separate living room, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. It really has all you need. A very reliable WiFi as well. But the unique selling point of this apartment is the host Fabio and his representative on the island Fabiana, who met me upon arrival at the apartment and also keeps the apartment immaculately clean. Ask them anything reasonable and they will provide it. They are 100% service minded and supportive of the guests.A very good price-quality ratio. So, this apartment comes highly reccomended.

“Parrot House Apartments”

The apartment was brilliant. everything you could need to enjoy a stay in Playa Del Ingles. Just around the corner from the Yumbo Centre and 10 mins walk to the beach. Very clean and the hosts were in touch to check if we needed anything. The cleaning lady was super friendly and we left our luggage in the room while she finished the cleaning. Also met us on our departure to say goodbye 👋 We were a couple but the room also had a sofa bed so could sleep 4 people. Netflix on the TV was a bonus!

“Super Lovely Apartment”

Very great apartment. Modern, clean, comfy and they provide almost everything you need for your stay. Bed is so good, air condition makes your stay so great when the weather so hot.

Everything was just perfect. The air-conditioner was working very well, what was important to us, because it was really hot outside. The bed was comfortable, also the pillows. The apartment was quite and everything was walking distance, shops, restaurants. The cooker was easy to use, there was 2 coffee machine, I preferred with capsules. The host was always available, he contacted us, after the booking. We had a bottle of wine as a welcome drink, and fruits in the fridge. Fabio and Fabiana are extremely kind people! Fabiana showed us everything, where the bin is, etc. It was a lovely apartment.

lovely little apartment perfect for solo or couple in quite and secure Europa apartments building just couple minutes from Yumbo Center

The location is very good, just 5 minutes from the square by all the cafes at the sea front. The apartment is immaculate with good kitchen facilities, all of which were nearly brand new. We were met by Fabiana who was there waiting for us and a lovely and friendly woman. The apartment is owned by Fabio who, like Fabiana is Italian, as is Marco who checked is out on the sad occasion of our last day. The apartment was unserviced during our stay but that was not important to us as the washing machine in the kitchen is superb. Last year we stayed at a hotel very close by which was serviced every few days but cost about £400 more. I'd definitely go back! Thanks Fabio and Fabiana and Marco 🤩
