We had a really nice stay at this hotel in the Canary Islands. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We had breakfast included, and although the selection was more or less the same every day, there was always enough variety for everyone to choose something they liked, and the food was tasty. The dinners were excellent — every evening there was something different with many options available, so we really enjoyed them. The staff were amazing throughout our stay: very kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed.

“Exceptional hotel with five star staff, food and more!”
Exceptional hotel. From the moment we arrived I knew it would be an amazing few days. The hotel is immaculate, kept so clean and tidy. The hotel room is spacious with a very nice big shower. The beds are so comfortable, it was tough getting up in the morning! The food was delicious, something different at meal so you were never bored. All of which is presented beautifully and tasted amazing. The spa is phenomenal, had two treatments and enjoyed the facilities, I’d come back here just for that alone. Plenty of entertainment which was brilliant, had a Beatles tribute band, Brazilian dancers, magicians and more. Most importantly I have to thank the staff!! Maria at the coco loco pool bar, Fillipo and Angela providing fun activities through the day that kept us smiling and laughing even when doing water aerobics!! Cristoff serving drinks at the Marieta Lounge bar at night with his hilarious chat. Paulina at the spa, the most beautifully kind person I think I’ve ever met. And everyone else we met at the hotel, incredible service and such lovely people. We can’t thank you enough.

Everything was great about the hotel. The staff, the location, the amenities …except the fact that the insulation is very poor. We could hear the cleaners having a chat in the corridor every morning like if they were in our room. We can also hear the conversation of other clients and furniture moving on the floor above while cleaners are doing their job. If you want to sleep in the morning this hotel not for you.

Main person to point out in the hotel is Filipo, the activities coordinator, he is the soul of the hotel by far, if we think about him we would come back 100%

Really easy, online check in. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good, with plenty of choices. The rooftop terrace was excellent, a huge area, with a daytime bar, and a couple of small pools.

The balcony towards the main street could not be used in the evening as there was two differten karaoke bars vis a vis. They played every evening different music in a high volume and overlapped each other. Too loud! Horrible! In addition, there are restaurants directly below the balconys, so the balcony door could not be left open due to the smell emissions. The breakfast was adequate. What I missed was real jam! and/or Nutella, for example. There was only so-called jam, which was basically chemical sauce. It was inedible.
