“Great hotel”
Friendly staff and helped with my query really quickly. Food great, good choice and plenty of it. Entertainment catered for everyones taste. Aqua gym classes were good fun. Rooms spotless. Walking distance to Maspalomas beach. Would def visit again.

“Great all inclusive resort”
Great hotel, great choice of food. It was very spacious as well so if you didn’t feel like leaving the place you could comfortably stay the whole day there. There’s also transport to the beach.

I have one comment. There was a German woman with blonde hair in the lobby who was quite unfriendly. All other staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Would definitely go back”
Staff, particularly the entertainment team were fantastic. Would recommend the Friday neon/white party nights. Hotel was clean, rooms spacious and pool was great!

Room was lovely with comfy beds. Food was fantastic with lots of choice. Hotel had great facilities and walking distance to other areas without the need for a taxi.

“A solid choice for an all-inclusive with excellent customer service”
I booked this accommodation to extend my stay by 4 days - the all inclusive aspect was on the whole very good for what I wanted and the WiFi was very reliable. Check-in/out was very efficient and the service from staff 1st class. The room was very spacious and well appointed.

“Relaxing stay, in clean, comfortable hotel”
Breakfast, good choice of cooked items, omelettes very good. Coffee ok, served in pot. Lunch, good choice of Salads & hot food. Dinner, good choice, roasted meats, stews, fish all very good. The Asian Fusion meal was authentic, we enjoyed this as a change from main restaurant Drinks, spirits, Vodka, Gin & Cava good Staff - helpful Hotel room & public areas - very clean
