Scam. Although we received the booking confirmation, when we arrived at the reception with our 5 month old baby, they said they are fully booked. Good luck finding something at 9pm.

The food was absolutely amazing! There was something for everyone for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was alway fresh and neatly laid out. Staff, especially the restaurant and bar staff were outstanding. Constantly on the go and extremely polite! Some type of event was organised every night and even during the day so you did not even have to leave the hotel if you didn’t want to. Location was lovely, really close to the beach and the panoramic walking area next to it. Shops were close as well as other bars.

Wonderful hotel for a holiday. Staff exceptionally friendly. Facilities excellent and an amazing array of food to suit all tastes. It was our second time staying and we will be back again.

“Great place to stay.”

We got a great deal for half board. Very cheap drink, for a hotel. Nice big green area at the back for sunbathing. Friendly staff. Plenty of storage and hangers.

Lovely hotel, staff in wellness center were so friendly and pleasant. Dinner was good variety every night lots to chose from. Good size balcony overlooking the pool.

The staff. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. From the reception to the cleaners, 10/10. The choice of food and the dessert menu was great

“Excellent vacation.”

Everything was excellent. I had an all inclusive. I particularly liked spa (pool and floatarium) although I could not use sauna as it is nudist. The hotel has also a solarium on the roof with a small jacuzzi. There is also a games room. In addition there are plenty of sun loungers which are comfortable too. Food and cocktails were tasty. Entertainment was pretty good too with live music in the evenings. I liked the big balcony in my room overseeing the ocean. I will definitely come back again.

At the reception, about the staff, "Angel "was very kind and professional,and abled for problem solving; certainly not when It comes to girls. They should have been more Kinder. But the girl at the SPA , I don' t Remember her name,was very kind, professional, and smiling.

The kids and night program could have been better.

The spa was great, nice and relaxing. The roof top is a nice chill out area a bonus with the heated jacuzzi. Loved the layout of the restaurant so much to choose from lovely and fresh, well presented.

Lovely stay in a great location. Food was all tasty and staff were amazing. Made use of the facilities whilst there which could do with some upkeep; the games room was not great. The spa was wonderful however the sauna/plunge pool area is naked only which we went against and were told by a team member to not go in with any clothing on. This was quite uncomfortable for us but worth noting if using facilities here.

My stay was amazing, and the receptionist was incredibly kind. The cleaners were so friendly and happy, and all the staff had such a positive attitude.
