“Perfect”

There’s nothing not to love about this place. The location, facilities, apartment is very clean and comfortable. Hosts are great and it’s like home from home. The most comfortable stay we’ve had in Gran Canaria.

“Excellent apartment!”

The apartment was modern and very well equipped. It's close to the Yumbo but doesn't suffer from Yumbo noise. There's a washing machine for those who like to travel light and iron and ironing board so clothes can look great after unpacking. The separate air con units in the bedroom and living room allow the rooms to be zoned and different temperatures maintained in each. There are TVs in both the bedroom and living room. The living room has a large Smart TV that you can connect your Netflix or Prime to for evenings in. The bathroom is larger than in most apartments I've stayed in in Playa. It was clean and quite chic! Overall I was really pleased with the apartment and would book again.

“Great, modern property in perfect location.”

I have been travelling to Gran Canaria for many years and this was by far one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in. Perfect location for Yumbo and getting around Playes del Ingles. The apartment is very modern with everything you need and being on the top floor had a great view towards the sea. The necessary arrangements before were handled efficiently and was easy to get in contact with the owners if / when needed.

Sabry's apartment is an incredible finding in Maspalomas. It is very central, 3mins from Yumbo, 5mins from the beach, and it has everything you need in walking distance. The apartment itself is just amazing - it is fully furnished and has all amenities you could ever need. Trust me, the pictures already look good, but live this apartment is even more beautiful. But most importantly, the host, Sabry and Eka made the real difference by the way the prepare for my arrival, remained at my disposal in case of questions, and always with such a friendly and warm attitude, they are the true stars.

Fabulous apartment in a great location - lots of amenities around. The apartment was extremely clean, with great air con. Was great to find an Alexa in the apartment to play some music too. Really nice, modern bathroom with washing machine, great coffee machine too.

“Quiet place near the Yumbo and Playa Inglés”

Comfortable place with well stocked kitchen just outside the Yumbo centre and near the beach. Couldn’t be more convenient. And self checking was a breeze. Great shower. Easy access but also secure. And the ground floor of the complex has a nice place that makes delicious pizza/pasta. I stayed only 6 days, but it would work for a long stay too.
