“Great stay”

The apartment is near restaurants and supermarkets, but it isn't loud. We had everything we needed - kitchen supplies, towels, shampoo, extra pillows, baby cot. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, which is really nice. The beds were comfortable, we slept great. Pool area is nice, we were there in april, the water in the pool had 20 degrees, but we could swim in it, because the weather was warm enough. There were enough sunbeds and there is a restaurant next to the pool and a lifeguard present at all times. We didn't need air conditioning but there are 3 in the apartment if needed. Washing maschine, dryer, dishwasher and oven work great. Wi Fi is password protected and works really well. There is free private parking in front of the building and 2 elevators to the 3rd floor, where the apartment is.

The property was extremely spacious and had all of the facilities that we required. It was in a great location, very close to the beach and restaurants/bars. Dario met us on arrival and talked us through the facilities, and he was always on hand to answer any questions we had. The balconies were excellent and a bit of a sun trap. The WiFi in the apartment was excellent as well. Overall we were delighted with our stay and couldn’t fault the place at all.

Dario was extremely helpful and accommodation was perfect. New appartment beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Lots of extras like coffee water washing powder tabs etc. Too many to mention. Perfect location. 2 balconies,pool,close to beach and fab restaurants close by. Perfect for 4 adults

Dario is an amazing host; we were warm welcome in the apartment all was explained and bottle of cold water was waiting for us in the fridge - small thing but much appreciated after long journey. Apartment is amazing, fully equipped, and spotless. Do you want a coffee? There are 3 different coffee machines, so everyone can find something for themselves. Are you dreaming about fresh smoothie in the morning, no problem, Dario put a smoothie maker to the cupboard. Whatever you want you can be sure you already have in apartment. Apartment is located in great place, fantastic Canarian restaurant just 1 min away, supermarket 2 min away, longer journey to the beach – just 5 min. So do not think to much just book this amazing place for your amazing stay. Dario I will be back 😊

The Apartment is on the third floor with 2/3 lifts to access it, there is a pool and private parking available for the complex which is directly opposite the 'MiniGolf' on Avenida de Tenerife , the apartment is located away from the car park and road and is very quiet in the evening with A/C available in both bedrooms as well as the main lounge/kitchen area. The Kettle, Filter coffee machine and Tassimo coffee maker (take the flat plastic coffee pods as they are not so easy to find in GC) The two bathrooms were useful as we were a group of four - I can't fault the location, facilities and comfort as well as the excellent communication from Dario (the Property manager)

The apartment is 100% as in the description. Very clean, spacious, and well equipped. 2 bathrooms were a big plus for a family with 3 ladies😄. The host was very helpful and showed us everything despite our late arrival. There is a nice swimming pool with always available sunbeds. Free secured parking.

The apartment is well equipped to cater to all needs. Well located and for being in a busy area there is very little noise. The host Dario gave us all the information required to help us have a great stay. Best apartment we have stayed in and will return.

The apartment was one of the best accommodation I have ever had during my travels. Spotless clean flat, fully equiped, kitchen with all you need, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies. Very quiet area, access to swimming pool. The best place I could choose in this area. Many thanks to owner Dario.

Location is perfect. The apartment is quite modern, and very clean. We were surprised with all the equipments in the apartment, there is all you need and even more 😊 AC is working well and quiet. Dario is a nice host and very helpful.

Apartment was great. Very stylish and modern design. Great location which is close to everything you need. Plenty parking space available. Apartment was very clean and fully equipped like your own house. We really enjoyed staying there.
