“Windy days in Playa del Ingles”
It’s very nice to see these apartments refurbished. It’s really an improvement, but why not go that little bit further down the road in order to make guest more satisfied, now they were at it anyway. I always recommend the owner to try to stay for a few days themselves in the apartments they let out to see and feel what’s missing and not working well.

“Peaceful, well located & restful. Happy to recommend and stay again.”
Modern appartment, basic kitchen included electric plates, microwave & fridge - ground floor room had direct access to the pool area. Overall, 7 minute walk to Cita & similar to beach - although it was down a few steps so not great for less able guests or those with mobility issues. But great, quiet and modern location - would stay again.

No hot water in morning. Jacuzzi cold. Towels were like rags. Pool was colder than sea. Safe was almost impossible to access. Place generally needed upgrading. He says he will close down for refurbishing in June. He should have closed it now. Good access to beach.
