“Bad food, very expensive, great if you like to be stuck in a tropical prison”

It was clean.The drinks were quite tasty and included to the offer. Juices were lovely, different flavours. Housekeeping was nice and left the room always in great condition. The reception workers were nice and had a lovely chat with us. The evening shows were fine, very spectacular with the acrobatics. I loved the rodents in the forest bits and that most paths were well covered with trees. Sereques were the best! The kids loved the Vivito’s club.

From the helpful staff to green water views of reivera Maya, from entertainment options within all inclisuve to ample options of food, despite us being on Halal diet, and were able to eat only few things but still manageable... a lot of things met our expectations. But the night performances and lots of free activities truly exceeded my expectations!

The facilities were great, near the beach. The staff is kind. The animation staff is good all day, the night shows are really good. The room were comfortable.

Small coffee shop on site open most of the day with a little bit of air con inside and fans outside. Rooms were cleaned and sorted every day and the premises was always clean. Security is very strict which is a good thing

I liked a lot of things: The food was delicious. The beach and the drinks and the shows were all amazing. It felt like a luxurious paradise. The room was well airconditioned, and the TV was nice.

It's an all-inclusive resort; it's well kept and offers activities. Some wild animals are tolerated, which are really cute. A lot of things just work. The buffet is OK for a handful of days.

The pool and the beach side are beautiful. Also the coffee bar and the snacks on different places on the resort are a plus. That we only booked three night to start with. We went somewhere else and will not come back here.

Good location, scenery was stunning & very secure. only a 150 Mexican pesos taxi into town. air conditioning in our room was very good & the bed was very comfortable. atmosphere of the hotel was also always bright & happy. always something to do

Accessibility for disabled , me, was very good except the fact that there is no large handicap toilet...you always have to go to your room...

The access to the beach and the beach itself were perfect. Music was too aloud sometimes. You could find snacks and drinks in different sites of the hotel all the time. Alcoholic drinls wer not provided for kids (under 18 were identified with a different color bracelet). Rooms were cleaned and with a free security box. We were close to the "theathre" with shows all nigths (a little noisy, but ending early, near 11 pm) Wi-fi was not so good during some pick hours.
