Aside the fact, that it is overall a wonderful location, a chilling place and with very friendly staff, we find it worth mentioning, that the hotel mgmt let us cancel the last night (although booked and already paid) due to a very bad health condition of my wife, which had worsened over the last two days and finally forced us to fly home one day earlier than originally planned. We had to pay no penalty, thank you for that, dear team ! We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends !

“Amazing getaway”
Couldn't be happier with the choice of Thompson. Location was perfect, very clean,beautiful and spacious rooms, comfortable bed, heated floor beside the bed. Service was amazing by the pool and beach area. I would highly recommend and would definitely return.

“Always again”
Amazing staff. Christoph at the check-in treated us pleasantly. A lot of extras included with your stay. Facial Treatment, Tequila Tasting, Free Bike, Yoga Class. Room was beautiful, clean, beds were very comfy. Central located. Beach view.

“Waiters and bartenders were terrible!”
Staff at reception was nice, rooms were big and clean, the view was fantastic. We really liked the hotel even the food was delicious.

“A lovely hotel and I enjoyed my time, but overpriced and there are no bells/whistles”
Location very convenient. Room lovely. Balcony view great. Link up with the other Thompson hotel around the corner means you can enjoy the beach/sea views but use the rooftop pool at the other location. The yoga class was lovely despite being the only guest at it.

“Overpriced Hotel, terrible staff and service.”
Location is ok, and rooms are big and very comfortable, the bed is great. Common areas are nice too even though extremely small.
