“Comfortable stay in centre of Carmen”
The bed was so nice and all the pillows too, the room was on the larger side and nice to have a balcony. I liked the space of the room - we had two double beds. The location and staff were also great!

“Wonderful hotel in the heart of PDC”
Large, spacious rooms and balconies with comfortable beds. Rooms styled like the Starship Enterprise and really funky. Great roof-top pool with awesome views and a DJ spinning tunes. Would only ever stay here again next time we’re in PDC!

“A comfortable stay in Playa Del Carmen”
Rooftop pool is a nice option to get away if the ocean water isn't clean. We visited during the off-peak period so the hotel was fairly quiet. Large and comfortable room with lots of storage and a spacious shower. Very convenient location with walking distance to nightlife, restaurants and the bus station. Extremely friendly staff at the check in desk and rooftop areas. Would stay here again

“Enjoyable stay at the Carmen. Location and rooftop pool overlooking the ocean are the highlight.”
The location is great, right on the beach and a very short walk up the street to 5th Avenue where all of the action is. Lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. The rooftop pool overlooking the ocean is fabulous however the music is quite loud (which we loved) - beach club vibes - but this may not be to everyone's taste.

The hotel was well located - near both 5th Avenue and the beach. The rooftop bar was a nice place to enjoy a meal and the view overlooking the sea.
