Overview
The Select Club is a private Adults Only section located inside Sandos Caracol, an all inclusive eco resort designed for all kinds of vacationers. Exclusively for ages 18 and up, this Adults Only section is situated in an isolated area of the resort with an exclusive reception area for private check-in and private concierge service, its own pool and jacuzzi with luxury sun loungers and free WiFi access, and an exclusive a la carte restaurant for gourmet breakfast and lunch. Select guests also have access to an exclusive beach area with hammocks, loungers and bali beds, as well as the Select Club Adults Only Ocean Front Club House, where they will find towel service, lockers, showers, a reading area, a living area with TV and video games, a pool table, free WiFi access and a bar with Premium liquors and snacks. In addition to all this amenities exclusively for Select Club guests, it also includes all inclusive access to the restaurants, other pools, water park, eco activities and white sand beach of Sandos Caracol Eco Resort.

The staff is great although they are short staffed. It’s near to Cozumel , few Cenotes and Staff like Nancy from the tours or Giovanni from the guest service area, where the highlights.

“Amazing surroundings, but adjust your expectations - it is a good place, not great.”
This was my second time staying at the resort. It is a typical all inclusive and a little dated. The resort is good, but don't expect any frills. That being said, like the first time, after a day or two you really start to understand the magic of the resort. It is all about the location, the beautiful surroundings, animals, and stunning beach view (in the adults section). The surroundings are what really makes this resort worth going to.

The resort is very nice, big and it has a lot of things to do, especially if you are travelling with your family. The beach is gorgeous and the seaweed issue during the months of July was not bad at all compared to other areas of Mexico. The adults only pool area and beach were fairly quiet and food in some restaurants were pretty decent as well. There are ruins and cenotes inside of the resort and its mostly very beautiful, wild life all over, a good eco experience if you like nature. The vendors inside the resort had good papas and churro. :)

We really liked all the nature and animals in the resort also how friendly all the staff were. The select club beach facilities were great and a perfect place to wait after you’ve check out as it’s got air conditioning unlike the main reception

“Average hotel with nothing that will be remembered. Not worth the money”
The room was spacious, the AC in good condition. A wide selection of food and drinks. We had breakfast in 3 different locations and it never disappointed. For dinner definitely can recommed the Italian place. The staff at that place is working fast. They are very friendly and efficient. Was also the best taste and quality of food within the resort. We went 3 times and it was never disappointing, while the dinner in the other locations varied a lot. Although we were not interested in the daily program and shows they try their best to have different events each day. It is nice that the wild animals are allowed to stay and are not driven out of the resort.

“Good for the price but horribly understaffed”
Great location blended in with the jungle and the facilities were plentiful to keep anyone occupied for hours. We stayed in the 'adults only' section and I'd recommend that if you are travelling without children, as it is a family location. Lots of animals everywhere :) and the ruins were great
