“Best hotel I have ever visited”

Brilliant resort! luxurious to say the least

“Fantastic service, facilities, staff and it was the perfect place to stay for our 10 days.”

Food was excellent in every restaraunt. Drink choice was brilliant. All the pools are class and the way they look after you with towels etc. - very good. Could go on for ever but it's one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. People whinge about wait times for the restaurants but it is very simple...book ahead a day or two and there is no issue.

“Fantastic break”

The facility was fantastic there was a good range of pools, spa and a gym. There was a good choice of food and restaurants. Also the buffet was of a good standard. The Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Great location, food was ok. Exceptional in some places, not as good in others. Activity options were great. So many pools, it never felt overwhelming or crowded.

“Beautiful trip with a few down points”

The resort was beautiful, breathtaking views. The food was good. The room was very nice and spacious. The resort was easy to get around. Pools were beautiful. Breakfast buffet was really nice. The wedding we attended was beautiful.

Our room was beautiful (junior suite with ocean view). Really spacious, comfortable bed, nice views and good quality products in the bathroom. Overall the food options were very good. We had a brilliant experience with the wine pairing dinner in the cellar with Jorge (note this was an add-on for $150 per person). Breakfast in the observatory was excellent. We really liked Sea Soul for lunch - very varied menu, excellent food and a nice vibe. There were lots of pools; some busier than others but plenty of spots to relax in too. The gym was very good. Plenty of equipment and it’s a big size as it was mostly busy in the mornings. The staff were brilliant throughout the hotel. We would like to give a special mention to Karlita at the observatory breakfast and Jorge the sommelier in the hotel. Both were so friendly, nice and helpful.

Very modern e.g automatic blinds and technology in the room was impressive. The room and design of the hotel was beautiful and really aesthetic, the whole property was stunning and really felt like a high end resort, some staff members went above and beyond to make our stay special and catered to my wife’s gluten allergy where possible.

Love love love - everything was outstanding!!! The bed was so comfortable- the pools were beautiful!! The staff were extraordinary - The French restaurant was one of the best meals I’ve ever had - shout out to Louis(Lui) our fabulous server! Jacob the manager at Suki was so friendly! Victor at breakfast & Piyo our concierge were also outstanding! And not to forget Ceaser at the bar always with a smile ! Thank you ye made it all wonderful! Will definitely be back !

We absolutely loved this resort. The facilities are great, the service is excellent, the food is tasty and its just overall beautiful. Daily and nightly entertainment was great too. We are so glad we ended our trip to Mexico with a super relaxing and luxurious week here.

Service is terrible. Food is plastic. Always feel like you are inside of a train station. Nobody care about guests. Beach is completely destroyed.
