“Perfect Playa Del Carmen Hotel”
The staff were amazing. Made our stay extra special. The hotel had so much to offer and was super clean. The food was next level and had more option then I knew what to do with. So easy to also get into town. The gated complex also provided that extra safe feel.

Beautiful, clean place and very comfortable rooms. The evening shows are very enjoyable. There is enough space to sit by the pool and the view from the pool is simply amazing. Excellent food and kind staff.

On the first day, we were checked into room 3166. There was a loud humming noise behind the wall. They only changed our room the next day. We couldn't sleep all night and had a headache in the morning. It was very unpleasant.

Good as always. My 4th stay! Top restaurants. Nice beach. Parking in front of the hotel. Small shopping mall 10 min to walk. Taxis to Playa Del Carmen Walking Street about 10 USD. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Free drinks (alc,) in the room.

Everything, attention to detail, dinner, facilities, cleanliness, drinks, staff, fact that I was able to have lunch after checkout, aesthetics, room, every single thing. They have ruined all other all inclusive chains for me now and I would go to Riu first if available.

“Overall great experience”
Loved that this was located just outside of the main town. Breakfast was great, all-inclusive takes away the decision making. Huge resort means it never felt overcrowded. Rooms were quiet, being on the beach was lovely so you have both the ocean and pools.

“My second time in the hotel, great service!”
The staff is amazing, the location is excellent,very safe neighborhood. Very good breakfast. The park is beautiful and well maintained. The entertainment and shows are superb.

Excellent choice of restaurants and bar options, every type of variety and well presented. Service was exceptional as well and staff were switched on, friendly and informative. The pool areas were clean and well maintained and the evening entertainment was brilliant. We had a great time and couldn't recommend the property more.
