Most of the staff were really lovely, and would go out of their way to help. They responded quickly when there was an issue. We met some other travellers that were really great people.

Location is beautiful and the shuttle to and from the beach is amazing. Thank you to the staff, especially Tristan for welcoming us to Mexico and including us in all the fun activities the resort offers.
