Amazing place. This is our second time here. It has a different energy and environment from other resorts. All practices, food quality - top marks. Vegan, healthy food presented as a work of art. All the details are perfect. Grateful to this place and its caretakers. A special thanks for our nomandic friend Esteban.

The property is outstanding, paradise on Earth. Every details starting from accommodation the restaurants the beach the staff and every single activity was extremely pleasant so well organised . The attention to details is immeasurable. This was the most beautiful experience I ever had so far. If you’re looking for a place where to be arrested in peace and supported on every side of your vacation, this is the best place for you .

It was so peaceful. Healthy food. Amazing views and scenery. Perfect getaway to get back to yourself. Recover from a burnout or just reconnecting with your signifanct other.

“Unique location and concept with exquisite set up, but needs to upgrade the service”

The location and the set up is unquie; even though it is a resort, one has the feeling of remoteness somewhere in the jungle while having exquisite restaurants and bars in terms of design and scenery. The offering of yoga or various meditation classes is great and the food is super healthy / clean (though not always tasty), which we loved.

If we could give this property 100 rating we would. It was absolutely amazing!! We aren't vegetarian but could become one with the amazing vegetarian offer of PalmAiA! In particular the tacos truck!! But it was also great that they offered non veg alternatives. The location is amazing, the beach is perfect, the facilities are just incredible whilst preserving the natural landscape where they reside! The daily classes where spectacular, we loved each and every single one of them, and the locations in the middle of the jungle or at the beach were just magical. The staff were extremely friendly and always keen to help. And the manager was also so nice and approachable anywhere we met him! Honestly I would 1000% recommend, we left recharged, re-energised and with our tummies happy!

Everything. Difficult to even give some constructive feedback. The whole complex is beautiful, food variety, quality and healthy/ taste balance is incredible, the staff is over prepared and kind. Beach bar was great, the coffe place. On top, this is a vegan paradise, but perfect if you simply want to eat healthy tasteful food. The concept of architected of life is great, but could include some other activities not so focused on healing e.g. the drawing was wonderful, the yoga too. Maybe some group training could the nice?

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The food and drinks were exceptional – every meal was a culinary delight, and I appreciated the variety of vegan options available. It was so refreshing to see such attention to diverse dietary preferences. Amazing staff. The beach was stunning – beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a peaceful stroll. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a well-thought-out design and immaculate upkeep that made our stay even more enjoyable. While everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, I would not recommend the spa services. I booked a manicure with gel polish, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Spa staff damaged my nails, which was frustrating. However, this is not the hotel’s fault. I left the hotel feeling incredibly satisfied and can’t wait to return. It’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone seeking excellent service, delicious food, and a stunning location!

It was just very good. I have been a venue finder of special hotels/resortsin the world and it is difficult to find a place so beautiful and the high quality of food and drinks . Can stay there as health retreat or a family holiday. Everything is high quality.
